Small: (14.5, 11.5, 12, 10, 8)

Medium: (15.5, 11.5, 12, 10, 9)

Large: (16.5, 12, 13, 10.5, 9)

Extra Large: (17, 13, 14.5, 12, 9.5)

*If you are in between millimeters, round up.
