Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my business! Due to the handmade and custom nature of each set, please review the policy below before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All orders are final sale. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

Please ensure you select the correct size before ordering. 

Exchanges

I do not offer exchanges at this time. Each set is made to order, so I am unable to restock or resell returned items.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered once an order has been placed and processed. This includes custom and made-to-order sets.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. I will review the situation and make it right.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to the Shipping Policy for instructions on how to submit a claim. I am not responsible for damage caused by the postal service, but I will do my best to assist you.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
